- In case you don't like the product for any reason or got the wrong size: we accept exchange or return, but we can't guarantee you the shipping costs.
DEADLINE: 14 days from delivery date to send it.
- If there is any manufacturing defect: we accept exchange for an equal product. If there isn’t any stock left you can choose another item or ask for return. We will guarantee the shipping costs in both cases.
- The items must be in their unused conditions. We won’t accept it worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We always advise the use of a location service to make sure that the order arrives back to us; or even having an insurance so that you can protect yourself in case the package is lost. These services are usually included or have a reduced cost; we always recommend subscribing, as if the items are not received by us, there is no possibility to process the exchange/refund.

- As soon as we receive back the item we will start the process, that will extend maximum 10 work days. If there is any refund, payment will be issued to the account used for the purchase.
