The shipping is always be made by CTT in Portugal and for the remaining destinations by it’s partners. After your purchase has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking code of shipment (always check your spam inbox). With this code, if you are buying:
- From Portugal - you can track the order online till the moment of delivery.
- From other destinations - the tracking online is only guaranteed till Portugal departure (some countries, on a voluntary basis make tracking information available for postal objects distributed on their network).
If in the moment of delivery the package could not be received for any reason, the carrier will leave a note explaining how to make the collect at the local post service. Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been shipped.
